Environment Education Programme for Rural Schools in Sattari completed
Environment Education Programme for Schools in rural areas of Sattari sponsored by DST- Goa was completed successfully.
The project covered all 16 rural schools in Sattari and was divided in three phases.
One lecture on Biodiversity of Sattari was held in each school during the first phase.
During the second phase, a nature trail was held for about 40 students from each school.
A 3 days nature Orientation camp was organised at Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary during the last stage of the project.
